The Twin Torch Half-pipe Welding System is an advanced automatic welding solution specially designed for the circumferential and helical welding of spiral half-pipes, jacketed half-pipes, heat exchange half-pipes, cylinders, and vessel heads. This system adopts a side beam structure fixture combined with twin torch TIG (GTAW) argon arc welding with wire feeding, enabling two welding torches to operate synchronously on the side beam gantry/cantilever tooling.
