This solution is an automated welding system with a side beam structure fixture + twin torch TIG argon arc welding with wire feeding, designed for the circumferential/helical welds of spiral half-pipes (such as jacketed half-pipes, heat exchange half-pipes) and cylinders/vessel heads. Dual welding torches work synchronously on a side beam gantry/cantilever tooling to achieve efficient, stable, and continuous welding. It is widely used in pressure vessels, heat exchange equipment, cryogenic tanks, and other fields.
