System Features Introduction
The robot is used in conjunction with a 3D cross laser recognition and positioning system, which has high identification accuracy, fast movement speed, and the system is efficient and stable;
A multi-layer collaborative control system is adopted, which is composed of an industrial computer, programmable logic controller, robot control system, teach pendant, and display. High-speed data interaction is performed between the subsystems through the TCP/IP bus communication protocol;
The robot tube sheet automatic welding head adopts a non-tangling infinite rotation design, a front-mounted coaxial rotating closed-loop wire feeding system, no risks of wire feeding tangling, and the welding torch has closed-loop arc voltage tracking technology, which tracks the weld in real time;
The welding power supply and control system are completely integrated, enabling more precise and stable power supply control. The welding power supply adopts an imported brand core, which has a high duty cycle and deep arc penetration, effectively ensuring the stability of welding quality;

The system has its own reminder of tungsten electrode service life. Once the tungsten electrode reaches its service life, the system will automatically stop working and return to a safe position before welding the next tube hole, and emit an audible and visual alarm. After replacement, it can be directly started to continue welding, supporting fully automatic tungsten electrode replacement;
The system has its own wire detection. If the system detects that the wire is about to run out, it will automatically stop working and return to a safe position before welding the next tube hole, and emit an audible and visual alarm. After replacement, the operator can simply press the start button to continue welding.
