The JCJS and JSL Series Welding Manipulators are core process equipment for automated welding in boiler, pressure vessel, pipeline, and metal structure manufacturing. Designed to integrate seamlessly with turning rolls, positioners, and overturning machines, they form complete, high-efficiency automatic welding systems. These manipulators excel at internal/external longitudinal and circumferential seam welding on pressure vessel cylinders, large-diameter pipes, and spherical heads, as well as surfacing applications on inner walls, heads, and reinforced opening areas.

High Precision Movement: Consistent vertical travel speed (850 mm/min) and adjustable horizontal travel speed (110–1100 mm/min) ensure uniform, high-quality welds.

Wide Stroke Options: Vertical strokes from 3000 mm to 6000 mm and horizontal strokes up to 5000 mm accommodate large workpieces.

Flexible Rotation: +/-180° column rotation (electric/manual options) enables full access to complex weld seams.

Customizable Configurations: Choose between JCJS (with back shielding gas manipulator) and JSL series, plus optional double-beam or dual-manipulator structures.

Multi-Process Compatibility: Supports TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, and SAW processes for versatile welding applications.
